My short visit here was quite nice. I stayed in a tidy and modern room that had everything I needed - like adjustable room temperature, a card key, and a handy work desk. I really enjoyed my time here, it was cozy and comfortable. 😊.

the location was great and fab, for example, karlsruhe zoo was within easy walking distance of the hotel. the property also was in front of a tram station.

The continental breakfast offered here was delicious, the location is great as it's close to Cobra Adventure Park, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Everything was good, the parking was onsite, the room was beautifully designed. The staff was really helpful and efficient, the bathroom was reasonably spacious. Savoury continental breakfast for amount charged, loved the food choices. The stay was good!

The food options were great with many choices on the menu, and the standard double room had modern amenities like a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Perfect location right by central station and tram (S-Bahn) stops. ~10-15 min walk to the very center. Street is also relatively quiet, as all the partying happens on old town squares. New and clean rooms. Can add a 2nd person for 10 EUR. Free Wi-Fi, free ability to print downstairs (i.e., check in for your flight). Probably a safe choice if you stayed at other Ibises as they all should be similar.

A bit too expensive to my taste, as everything in the rooms is quite plain (no safe box, no minibar, no closable dressers - only open shelves). Bathroom is small, has only shower gel, and water pressure isn't great in the shower (esp. hot water). Room was not cleaned very properly between 1st and 2nd nights of stay. Breakfast is not included, costs 10 EUR.

For such an hotel wi-fi would be free at rooms as well.

The staff were very helpful. And I enjoyed my dinner in the restaurant.

Because the floors are laminate it can be quite loud when guests in other rooms are walking around, especially very early in the morning. Also I left my towel on the rail not to be changed, as requested by the hotel, but they still changed the towels (and forgot to replace the bath mat).

I had a fantastic and bright room with coffee that was very convenient, and I booked it for a great price of £71, plus the location was right next to the rail station which was very convenient.

It´s a Brand New or re-decorated hotel, design, cleanliness, everything related the building was fantastic. Staff was great. Recommended 100%. Breakfast buffet like a 5* hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located for those traveling by train. The rooms are rationally, nicely equipped and very well insulated (noise of the many tramways). Excellent breakfast.

Reception staff not very well formed for this job, and asking for advance payment is neither courteous nor efficient, because extra charges are to be payed anyway at the end of the stay.
